Rubina Vohra continues to head-up the private client family team, as well as joint leader of the wider family team.
Rubina has over 20 years experience, continues to be an accredited member of the Family Law Advanced Accreditation Scheme and is continually a recommended Lawyer for the Legal 500. She retains a strong reputation for being pragmatic, straight-talking, and client-focussed, with the majority of her instructions being from personal recommendation. She is known to be able to handle all types of private law cases and will not shy away from difficult cases that require time, a keen eye and research.
Rubina has an expertise with divorce & finance cases, including those with a foreign element and has experience in ringfencing non-matrimonial assets.
She also deals with complex children cases where there has been complex domestic abuse and a finding of fact hearing is required, private law children cases with alternative fertility elements and parental alienation.
She has seen growing instructions from children cases with same sex couples where proper procedure for recognition of parental responsibility has or has not been followed.
Rubina is also a Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer.
