David is an Insurance Partner and deals with all types of high-value Civil disputes in the construction and sports sectors.He has over 20 years' of experience in all aspects of Personal Injury law, and defends private and public bodies in complex and high value damages claims and inquests. David also advises NGB's, Sports Authorities, and private and public listed companies in media, communications and reputation management matters, such as defamation, MPI, breach of confidence, and competition law.

David is a keen martial arts, contact sports and fitness enthusiast, and uses his decades of experience in these industries to provide specialist, bespoke advice to MGAs and Syndicates in the Lloyd's market, and sports and entertainment Insurers nationally and internationally.
