Chris is a partner in the firm's insolvency department and heads up the Forbes Collect legal debt recovery service.Chris has 20 years of experience as an insolvency law specialist. He regularly acts for insolvency practitioners in personal and corporate insolvency matters, advising on both contentious and non-contentious issues. Examples of Chris' work include:

    Applications, drafting and general advice Prior to joining the firm, Chris managed his own legal debt recovery and insolvency practice for 10 years aiding businesses large and small on the recovery of their outstanding debts. Chris provides clients with tailored advice on the best route to recovery, including use of the County Court claim and winding up/ bankruptcy petition processes.
