Alice qualified as a solicitor in August 2022, having trained with Forbes Solicitors and gaining experience in the firm's Family, Crime, Defendant Insurance, and Employment teams.

Alice specialises in assisting Public Sector clients, acting on behalf of Local Authorities, Education providers and Housing Associations.

Alice advises and supports employers and employees in a range of contentious and non-contentious Employment law issues. This includes but is not limited to day-to-day HR queries; drafting, negotiating and advising on settlement agreements; advising on protected conversations; reviewing and drafting Grievance and Disciplinary Policies; carrying out Disciplinary investigations; providing support at Disciplinary Hearings; delivering bespoke training on a range of topics; and advise and supports on a range of claims brought in the Employment Tribunal.

Alice also provides advice and support on Business and Personal Immigration matters. This includes but is not limited to guiding applications through the skilled worker visa application process; dependent visa process; and visit visa process. Alice provides ongoing advice and support to individuals and businesses with their immigration queries.
